Half Day Pre-K Program
We are offering Tours for our Half Day program on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 1:00 to 4:00 pm, by appointment. PLEASE NOTE THAT TOUR IS FOR PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS ONLY. For a better opportunity to answer your questions and have our undivided attention, we ask that no children be brought for tours.
This program is designed for families that want the advantage of preschool preparation for their children ages 30 months (*) to 5 years without the extended hours of care. The site is our neighboring building at 412 E. Williams Street.
The curriculum covered is exactly the same offered in our extended and full day options and children will be offered the same academic and developmental learning experiences, including Nature Day program. Kinderdance and Kindergym will be included in this program as part of the curriculum for all children participating.
The schedule of this program is from 8:45 am to 12:30 pm and it’s a 4 or 5 day per week program. Monday to Thursday or Monday to Friday.
One snack period will be part of the day’s program. Parents provide all snacks and meals. Please note we follow a NO PEANUTS policy.
(*) previous assesment of preschool readiness. Potty training is required for this program.

Registration and Supply Fee
APP has a one-time Registration Fee, and a yearly Supply Fee per student.
The Supply Fee is paid every August and covers all the language and didactic materials, toiletries, school supplies, smocks, accessories and knick-knacks needed to cover our activities: from hand washing to special hair-dos, from writing to gardening, and celebrations up to Graduation attire and mementos. Supply fee will be pro-rated for children enrolling out of the September start of year, or only for Summer school.

DEPOSIT and CREDIT CARD information on file.
We’ll require a Deposit of $900.00 for the Half-Day program. Deposit will be returned (minus credit card fees when applicable) to families once their child or children enrollment ends, and provided there’s no outstanding tuition or supply fee payments, and the 30 day notice policy has been complied with. Shall there be any outstanding payments, once covered, any remainder deposit would be returned.
Please note that once the deposit is paid and a start of school date set, any delay, or cancellation of enrollment, will result in forfeiting the deposit in favor of the school.
