COVID-19 Response
Apex Peak Schools is vetted and authorized by the NC Department of Child Development to remain open and operate under the COVID-19 Enhanced Regulations and Health Emergency Response times.
Our sanitation and disinfecting equipment is top healthcare industry rated and our solutions and dilutions comply with the guidance and regulations of the NC DHS and the CDC.
To our regular strict cleaning and sanitation procedures, we have added contactless temperature and oximetry checks upon arrival, departure and during the day, and encourage the use of masks and face shields when age appropriate and circumstances require it. All adults and children age 5 and up are to wear masks at all times.
Additionally, our AC and Heating units have been upgraded with Ultraviolet C Light systems to continuously help mitigate the risk from airborne viruses, bacteria, and germs in our buildings, similar to those used in healthcare facilities.
Children’s health is as important to us as that of our staff, and we cherish the life, health and well-being of all.
